Quality Control Standards (QCS)

Quality Control Standards (QCS) or Standar Pengendalian Mutu (SPM) have an important role for the Office of Public Appraisal Services, service users, associations, governments, other relevant institutions and all stakeholders. SPM provides quality control guidelines for KJPP in carrying out quality control of the services produced, by complying with the Indonesian Appraiser's Code of Ethics (KEPI), the Indonesian Assessment Standards (SPI) and applicable laws and regulations.
